Please join a gentle day of compassionate mindfulness, meditation and therapeutic practices to find ease and comfort in dealing with anxiety. You’ll learn how to identify and interrupt automatic, entrenched thoughts and feelings that so often lead to that familiar downward spiral. You’ll also find support and kind community as you try out skills and tools to reduce the pain and challenge of these difficult states of mind and heart. The workshop takes place at San Francisco Zen Center’s Green Gulch Farm, in Muir Beach, California, against the backdrop of a quiet and lush valley a 45 minute walk from the ocean.
