Additional Information
This experienced panel of major gifts professionals will share how Moves Management is used to cultivate prospects toward giving a first time significant contribution, and steward major donors to continue and increase their support. Case studies of real prospects and donors will illustrate how to effectively use this system as a major gifts officer, and as part of a larger development team. There will be an opportunity for participants to workshop their own prospects and donors in breakout groups led by panelists during the second half of the session. Please attend with written background information on a potential donor (keeping the individual or couple anonymous) you’d like to work with during the breakouts.
Panelists: Shernaz Polad Boga, Associate Director of Leadership Gifts, ACLU Foundation of Northern California; Katiti Crawford, Director of Donor Engagement, SFJAZZ; and Leigh Illion, Director of Leadership Gifts, Alameda County Community Food Bank; Brenda Laribee, Fund Development Consultant. We will also be joined by Ziba Marashi, Associate Director of Leadership Gifts at the ACLU, who will be a breakout group leader.
Moderator: Lisa Hoffman, Coach – Consultant.
