Please join a gentle day of compassionate mindfulness, meditation and therapeutic practices to find ease and comfort in dealing with depression and anxiety. You’ll learn how to identify and interrupt automatic, entrenched thoughts and feelings that so often lead to that familiar downward spiral. You’ll also find support and kind community as you try out skills and tools to reduce the pain and challenge of these difficult states of mind and heart. The workshop takes place at San Francisco Zen Center’s serene and beautiful Green Gulch Farm, a 45 minute walk to Stinson Beach. Registration not yet open.
