So many of us are feeling such anxiety and depression with so many stresses that seem relentless. For those of us who tend toward these states of heart and mind, the times are even more difficult. This 4-week online class brings together meditation, mindfulness and contemporary psychological practices in a gentle, safe space to provide support and practical tools to transform your experience of these difficult emotions and states of mind. Please join us on Monday evenings, with an optional weekly practice group on Fridays to discuss and share experience with tools and practices. Dates are:
• Class: Mondays, 7-12; 7-19; 7-27; 9-2 – 6 PM-8 PM PDT
• Practice session: Wednesday, 7-14; 7-21; 7-29; 8-4 6 PM-7 PM PDT
