Additional Information
Anxiety and depression can seem relentless, whether we tend toward these states of heart and mind, or are facing major challenges in our life. And of course these lowered and agitated moods states can be profoundly exacerbated by multiple crises in our local, national and international communities. This 4-week online class brings together meditation, mindfulness and contemporary psychological practices in a gentle, safe space to provide support and practical tools to transform your experience of these difficult emotions and states of mind. Please join us on Monday evenings, with an optional weekly practice session on Wednesdays to discuss and share experience with helpful and common sense tools and practices. Dates are:
• Class: Tuesdays, May 23 – June 13, 5:30 PM-7:30 PM
• Practice session: Thursdays, May 25 – June 8, 5:30 PM-6:30 PM PT
